Executive Vice President of Construction and Senior Contractor

Juan Vélez is the CEO of Sky Builders USA, a company with more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Founded in 2008, Sky Builders USA has executed large-scale projects in Florida, covering sectors such as government, education, health, hotel, commercial and residential. Under his leadership, the company has stood out for its focus on quality, efficiency and compliance with high standards, becoming a benchmark of excellence in the sector. With a highly experienced team, Juan drives a strategic vision aimed at delivering exceptional results in each project, supporting Azure Hotel Holding in its mission to develop luxury hotels with a positive impact on communities.

Angélica María Arellano

Executive Vice President and Senior Project Manager

Angélica María Arellano is an Industrial Engineer with more than a decade of experience in various disciplines, focused on the optimization of administrative, operational and logistical processes. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects with the Department of Civil Engineering at Yokota Air Base, Japan, which has allowed him to develop a collaborative approach and a broad understanding of different cultures and work environments. In addition, he has more than three years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in Florida, managing business relationships and projects with a results-oriented approach.

In her role as Executive Vice President in the corporation, Angélica leads administrative management, ensuring fluid communication and efficiency in daily operations. As a Senior Project Manager, he focuses on the optimization of processes and the success of each project, ensuring that the strategic objectives of Azure Hotel International Inc. are met.

Kevin Atkin

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Atkin has over 38 years of experience in business creation and financial leadership. Throughout his career, he has guided organizations in making strategic decisions and implementing optimized capital structures, bringing stability and profitability. His approach has focused on aligning financial strategies with broader business objectives, promoting financial responsibility and prudence.
As the Chief Financial Officer of a tech startup, he successfully led the raising of over $45 million in capital, demonstrating his ability to manage investor relations and effectively communicate the company’s financial position. Honesty and trust have been fundamental pillars of his approach, strengthening relationships with executive teams and internal departments.

Manuel Ríos

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate sector, Manuel Ríos has distinguished himself for his ability to maximize the return on investment through strategic management and the optimization of high-value assets. In collaboration with industry leaders such as Ramón Gómez, CEO of Azure Hotel Holding, he has worked on the development of comprehensive strategies that promote sustainable growth and a positive impact on communities. Currently, it focuses on identifying new market opportunities in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida, with a commitment to value creation, job generation and environmentally responsible development.

Ramón Gómez

Chief Executive Officer

With more than two decades of experience in the hotel industry, Ramón Gómez is a recognized leader in revenue optimization and efficient operations management. As CEO of Azure Hotel Holding, he has developed and implemented innovative Revenue Management and sales strategies that have generated significant increases in key financial metrics, such as ADR and RevPAR. His career includes the opening and repositioning of properties of both recognized and independent brands, with a focus on maximizing income and ensuring a competitive positioning in the market. Ramón’s vision is focused on consolidating each property as a leader in its segment, creating sustained value for investors and satisfaction for guests.
